We are pleased to announce our transition to a first-come, first-served basis for our breeding program. Rather than a traditional reservation list, we now offer a convenient revolving waitlist where interested parties can join and specify their preferred breeding or gender preferences. You may stay on the waitlist and hold your spot for as long as you'd like. However, if you pass on an available kid that meets your preferences more than twice, you will lose your spot on the list. You may rejoin the list, but you will be moved towards the end of the queue.
We will promptly notify you once the doe has kidded, giving you the opportunity to confirm your interest in the specific breeding or gender preference listed. This adjustment aims to provide greater flexibility and transparency in our operations, ensuring a streamlined experience for all involved. Thank you for your continued support and interest in our breeding program.
Please Note:
Starting in 2024, ADGA will mandate that all bucklings born in that year and thereafter have DNA on file prior to registering their offspring.
In light of this requirement and past DNA-related challenges, we will be adjusting buckling prices slightly to accommodate the cost of DNA submission. Consequently, all bucklings sold by us in 2024 and beyond will either have DNA on file or have DNA pending by the time of pickup. While we do not extensively offer bucklings as herdsires, we are committed to contributing to the reduction of parentage issues within the industry.
Furthermore, beginning in 2024, all of our herdsires and most of our does will have their DNA on file as part of our ongoing efforts to uphold the highest standards of breeding integrity.
